Law on the Energy Regulator

The Republic of Kosovo is working toward harmonizing its legislation and regulation with relevant EU laws and directives, including the energy and mining sectors.

The energy sector has the potential to dramatically help revitalize the Kosovo economy, especially given large and increasing needs for power throughout the region.
